- Central Bus Station and Wigan (North Western and Wallgate) railway stations are on the doorstep

We are experienced, approachable landlords with a "can do" attitude. We would prefer full-time employed, reliable individuals. If you do not wish to pay the £250 deposit we would accept guarantor who must be a homeowner.
