To busy this weekend don’t worry I’ll still give you a choice of either beer ,wine or food if you can’t make it till next week. There is one fully furnished room to let, for a single person available now .it has a double bed and is approx 18 by 20 feet, the room comes with mattress ,all new linen, a double wardrobe set of drawers and two bedside cabinets, there are just four bedrooms in total. The other three housemates are Brian who is 24 and has his own business as a valeter, he is well spoken and friendly, Sergio is Spanish and he plays the guitar for you ,and Maryanne 28 who is a care worker, This is a quiet peaceful area, but still close enough to all the amenities.,
Getting to the city-centre is easy there are six bus routes that leave from the end of the road(47, 48, 83, 84, 85and87) Uber is only four pounds and walking takes around twenty-five mins to get to either Uni and thirty mins to the Curve theatre.
There is a Mini-mart five mins away as well as a bank and several take-away outlets.
Parking is available on road and off road
All the bills are included we have free Sky TV in our lounge with two comfy settees ,unlimited broadband download in every room which is also free, and there is freeview in every room.
There is a large shower-bath room.
There is a garage where bikes can be stored.
This is a large house with few people sharing max four people, it is clean and tidy and a relaxed place to live, a cleaner comes once a week but obviously we expect a certain standard from our guests.
There is a garden and a patio area with comfortable furniture Ideal for al fresco dining or a barbi. All you need to pay is the rent ,everything else is paid for Gas ,electric, rates and wifi.
