Sociable house share in Leicester
We have a large double room free from January in our shared house in Aylestone; the place would suit someone who is looking for somewhere homely, friendly and sociable with considerate people. We like to cook some meals together, people round for dinner is encouraged, but we also respect each other's space.
The house is a beautiful listed period property which is spacious for 3 people, has a dining room, modern kitchen, lounge, two bathrooms, extra WC and quick broadband. Parking is on street and only busy on match-days. We also have a cleaner who comes every 2 weeks and cleans bathrooms, floors etc.
You would be sharing with a research assistant in Biostatistics (me) and a PhD student in Toxicology, in their final year (Zoe).
All bills incl. ~8 min from M69/M1. ~20 minute walk to town with frequent buses. Message for more details and more photos etc.
