Double Room to Rent in large 5 Bed Detached

1 x double room to rent in a modern three story 5 bedroomed detached house. The room is furnished with a comfy double bed.

I'm Lucy the live in landlady (hate that word lol) who house shares with Sim a 28 year old who's really nice and loves to go skydiving most weekends and Jake a 25 year old who's also really nice (lol).

I have two well behaved and friendly dogs and one shy and retiring cat that you never see. The dogs are banned from going up stairs so they wont be able to "ask" you for snuggles all the time.

I'm told the atmosphere in my house is warm and homely and I have already made a few friends for life through house sharing.

All bills are included, along with Sky, unlimited Wifi, large shared lounge with fifty inch plasma and Sony surround sound, large shared kitchen with mod cons, a large garden and parking space.

We are central to the main motorways meaning its only 20mins to Leicester and 40mins to Derby.
