Room To Let

The room available is a double room containing a 3/4 bed, double wardrobe, a small chest of drawers, a large storage cupboard and book case. The bathroom is shared and has an over bath shower. Hot water supplied by a combi boiler so no running out of hot water! Washing machine, microwave, toaster, kettle, general cutlery, crockery and pans etc are also available for use. WiFI is included. The house is clean and tidy and well maintained. There is a large garden with a shed if you wanted to store a cycle and plenty of off road parking.

Strictly no smokers, not even 'outside only' smokers. Being blunt I can't stand the stench of it.

The property is close to A47 and associated public transport. And has convenience stores, takeaways and a post office within a 5 minute walk.

Payment can be weekly in advance or monthly 1 month in advance, whichever is easier. I prefer payment by bank transfer but cash is fine also.
