Hi, I've got a large double bedroom, furnished, available in my 2 bedroom house in belgrave. The price includes all the usual bills (gas, electricity, water, council tax, tv licence) and also unlimited broadband and sky+ TV. The room is larger than it looks in the picture and includes a built in wardrobe, drawers and a closet. I would like a housemate who is friendly and generally clean and tidy. I'm a busy girl, I work full time and am about to start my last year of my part time degree as well as keeping a social life. I would like a house mate to share the bills and to share the odd glass of wine in front of the box with. If this sounds good to you please give me a message and we can arrange a viewing.
