Double Room in Family Home

hi my name is lisa and i have available a double room in my family home which is occupied by myself and my 6 yr old daughter. the house is a 3 bed semi detached in a residential area of leicester. it is a quiet street with very quiet respectful neighbours. close to shops buses library parks. 10 mins from town centre and fosse park shopping. the room like i say is a double. currently being used for storage/office. the room does come furnished with brand new double bed, small ward robe and chest of drawers. use of large shared bathroom with over bath shower. central heating throughout. there is shared use of a living and dining room with patio doors opening onto large garden with decked area. there is also storage to the side of the house for bicycles, motorcycles etc. in the room there is wi fi and a phone line. nuetrally decorated with a storage cupboard. i am looking for a trustworthy male or female housemate who will be respectful in regards to the property and noise levels in the evenings. someone who will not mind the giggles of a 6 yr old until 7. 30pm (bedtime)short term lettings available. may increase if all is well with the rental relationship.:) come join our happy home, thanks lisa.
