About the room:
It's a small double room with a double bed, a wardrobe and a chest of drawers. The room is a spare room and has been for over a year so it will become yours when you move in.

About the house:
I moved here over a year ago as my work is near by. I've got two spare rooms but one is very small and I use as a hobby room.
There is central heating and double glazing throughout.

It has two toilets; one downstairs and the other upstairs with a bath and shower.

There is a living room which you will have full access to and can feel free to add any things to make you feel at home.
You will also have access to the T. V. and Sky + HD (and Xbox if you wish).

The kitchen is very modern and easy to keep clean. I have a washing machine (and dryer which is kept in the garage). I have all the kitchen utensils including cutlery , plates, mugs, ect.. And I think pretty much anything you would need - which you can use all of. It also has a table with 4 chairs at the other end.

The garage is my extra storage room and where you can smoke if you wish - however I do have a garden too. There is also a treadmill if you fancy some indoors running.

The garden is somewhere you can chill as I have outdoor chairs and a table. It also leads to my car park.

You'll be able to use the fibre broadband and landline.

The M6, M1 and M69 are all close to here, making it easy to commute. Leamington Spa is half an hour away and I drive there at least twice a week. If you too enjoy visiting Leamington, we could car share to get there and back.

There is a Tesco and a Lidl 5 minutes drive away with a few other shops. The area is very quiet which is great if you're looking for a chilled environment.

About me:
I'm an Electronic Engineer. Born in Warwick and been living in Warwickshire my whole life. I like Warhammer (bit of a geek) and I like to cook when I have time. I'd say I'm tidy and clean but not over the top. I spend most weekends in Leamington visiting my family and friends and it's far better night life compared to what I've seen here.
I think I'm fairly easy to get on with - but the only way to know is to come see for yourself.

What I'm looking for:
I'm not really too bothered, but it would be nice for someone to chill with as everyone else I know lives half an hour away. Someone clean and tidy within reason and respectful.
