Good Sized Nice Room

The front

My house is a 3 bed semi detached with a good sized garden at the back & a drive on the front. I have nice neighbours with a good few pubs, take-always & a shop with a 5 min walk.
The house is a 5 minute drive to the M69 junction 2, so u can literally get to most motorways easily. The train station is approx a 10 minute walk.

Your room is a good sized double, which has a built in wardrobe & currently draws & a single bed but these can be negotiated if u have ur own stuff & it would easily fit a double in there.
I try to keep my house nice & tidy so would hope u do the same except on maybe a Sunday....!
I am sociable at the wknds but boring on school nights so please only professional people or mon-fri.

I smoke but not in the house, so please do the same if u wish (not forcing you to smoke! Ha)

All bills included-just your own food....
