This modern large 3 storey house is situated on the outskirts of Coalville in a quiet residential area with excellent access to transport and close to both the M1 Junction 22 and M42 Junction 13 - both just 15 mins drive away.

Bathroom (bath with power shower over) situated on the same first floor of the house.

Shared kitchen/utility room with washing machine also includes additional downstairs toilet. (Clothes Dryer in garage when needed) Outside shared garden.

I am a live in house owner, and share my house with a maximum of 3 other housemates at any one time, so not over crowded and kept clean and tidy by me.
Please be aware that I have a dog - She loves people and is a very social little dog. Her breed is an American Cocker Spaniel and is called Bella. She is well behaved and does not cause any nuisance to the household and rarely barks, when in the house she stays very close to me at all times so would not cause any problems to visitors.
