Double room in Woodgate house
I have recently moved into my own home and as I have a spare room am looking to rent this out. The house is recently renovated and decorated to a good standard. I have 2 dogs (and do occasionally look after 2 more) so liking dogs is a must.
I currently work shifts so am out early some days and back late others. Someone who also has varying shifts may find this beneficial as it gives times when you get the house to yourself.
