warm friendly house in quiet location of East Leake. Space to park on drive. Room has wardrobe, single bed, desk/table, drawers, TV point. Bedding provided. Use of my kitchen which is modern and large and has all mod cons - plenty of pots and pans etc. Washing machine - clothes dry overnight in airer (hence warm house!). Use of seperate lounge area for tennants. Aerial points in bedrooms. Wi fi on BT home hub unlimited. Shared bathroom with other tennant but not landlord. I am an easy going person, friendly and a professional Teacher.
