Looking for new lodgers!

My home is a 4 bedroom end terrace with large garden and decking area, separate rear garden access, slightly off the beaten track but within reach of bus routes and towns nearby. Only 20 mins to Leicester city centre.

I work in Nottingham so I am hardly there during the week.

I am seeking trustworthy, sociable tenants that demonstrate respect for my property.

Non smokers preferred, must be generally tidy (with the exception of your room obviously!) and respectable of ones belongings essential.

I am an easy going professional individual. I will expect shared areas to be kept tidy at all times and a cleaning rota will be in operation as necessary.
