I am looking for a house mate to occupy a double room in my 3 bedroom house. The room consists of a storage cupboard and a triple wardrobe so you would need to supply your own bed etc.
The house is situated a stones throw from the bus stop where there is an excellent service into the city centre and also in easy access of the M1 & M69. There is also parking available on the drive.
I am an easy going, sociable guy so ideally would like someone of a similar nature but must respect the fact my daughter stays over one night every weekend.
