I'm Alex, a 26 year old male, and this ad is for a room in my own house.

It's a large fully furnished double room available to rent in Hinckley, sharing with myself (live in landlord) and another tenant.

I'm very laid back and very accommodating, but after having had a slightly inconsiderate housemate recently, I'm keen to find someone who is is very clean and tidy, and is not the kind to crash and bang with everything they do! I definitely don't have OCD, but I do enjoy living in a clean house, with respectful people who clean up after themselves without fuss. I hope that's not too much to expect!

In return - you can expect the same. Both myself and the other tenant are very friendly and have our own separate interests.

The house features two spacious reception rooms (semi open plan) a large modern bathroom with separate shower and enormous bath (you can almost do lengths in it!) good sized garden, off-street parking and a shed. It’s a very short walk to the town centre and very close to the sports centre and swimming pool.

Rent is inclusive of all bills, including council tax, broadband, TV licence etc.
Available from today for the right person.
