We have a large Victorian house with rooms to rent. Each room has all the original features typical for this type of property.
The rooms are large double bedrooms and come fully furnished.(Our rooms always rent quickly)
Large eat in kitchen with table and chairs and all amenities including two fridge freezers, washing machine, dishwasher, large cooker & microwave. Also large bathroom with shower and bath.
Free WIFI throughout the house.
The house is situated very close to the town centre of Hinckley, so ideal if you don't have a car. Plenty of restaurants & takeaways within walking distance.
We are looking for working people, who are clean & tidy. No smoking allowed inside the house. Small patio outside.
We live in a seperate self contained flat at the back of the house, so are on hand for any questions etc. rent to a couple , please add £50 a week
