The flat has all amenities you would expect from a modern property including good size living room, separate kitchen with washer/dryer, microwave, fridge freezer, plus a good size bathroom with bath and overhead shower. The bedroom is a furnished double, with bed, wardrobe and drawers.
I am a 33 year old professional and am a non smoker. I work away some days so will not be at the flat every night, means you will have your own space. I enjoy all sports, both playing and watching, and socialising with my friends.
