Double room - friendly semi detached house

My current housemate is due to move out so there'll be a room available in my friendly semi-detached house. It's fully furnished and I have all the usual household appliances you'd expect, including a washing machine, kitchen gadgets etc. There is a front and back garden, a shed for bicycles, and plenty of parking on the street.

The road is a cul-de-sac and surprisingly quiet for a location so close to the town. It's especially convenient to Leicester University (across Victoria Park) and the Royal Infirmary hospital, with Morrisons supermarket just a couple of minutes' walk away.

It's important to find the right housemate, so I should tell you a little about me. I originally moved to Leicester to go to uni (Combined Science) and now work in Outdoor Education. This means that on one day I might be teaching people how to rock climb or canoe, the next I could be running a navigation course, or I could be working further afield taking people up mountains and such like. Additionally, I enjoy travelling, playing netball and cooking.

My ideal housemate is someone easy to get along with; whether it's chatting over a cup of tea, sometimes cooking for each other, or sharing interests.

Rent is £360/month plus bills. Over the last year, bills averaged around £30 per week for council tax, water, gas, electricity, phone line and broadband internet.
