hey I'm looking for someone to take a room at a 7 bed house with 2 other first year students and 4 second years, its in a nice neighbourhood, its about 20 minutes walk from the uni, but the uni bus stop is just round the corner. there's a corner shop near by and asda isn't too far away. 2 of the flatmates drive and I'm sure if you asked they'd be happy to give you lifts to places from time to time and even uni when they've got lectures the same time as you. the house really is a beauty.

let me know if you're interested and I'll send you the pictures. the mattress in the room has just been changed from last year so you'll be the first to sleep on it, it's the largest room in the house with ample space for everything. It's also walking distance from the uni student village so you won't miss out on events and parties.

its £65 per week without bills and with bills should come to around £75.
