The house has a kitchen dinner, living space and a large garden. The kitchen has all appliances including a dryer, washing machine and microwave.

The rent includes: Council tax, wireless and hard wired 100mb broadband, in all utility bills Also there is weekly cleaning of communal area by a professional cleaner and a Gardner when required.
