The Bathroom again modern and kept very clean with an electric shower/bath and two separate toilets downstairs in addition to that we have a bathroom upstairs again with an electric shower/bath and a separate toilet to ensure there is no queues in the mornings.
The Garden is well maintained and paved perfect for bike storage and your summer bbq’s.

You will be pleased to know I am a well-established private landlord in Leicester of 20 years. With a wealth of knowledge and experience under my belt, I have tenants who have stayed with me for over ten years moving between my many rooms, houses and flats as their circumstances change.
I am a hands on landlord who has a dedicated team of professionals working for me ranging from plumbers, electricians, locksmiths, painters, decorators and cleaners ensuring all problems if any when reported are dealt with as soon as possible to ensure your ongoing comfort.

Most importantly we have a local office situated in the same block of rooms open between the hours of 10am-6pm all day every day for your convenience and to enable you to come see us whenever you please.
