We also have an upstairs large double room at the front of house becoming available on 12th December 23, with double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers £420 deposit and £420 rent per month

Utilities are included in the rent ; council tax, gas, electric, water rates, communal TV license, wireless broadband, cleaner for communal areas and gardener. The washing machine is not included in the rent and is payable on each use, it takes on average £1:20 for a quick wash but depends on individual machine and cycle selected.
