Welcome! I am a private Landlord with a number of excellent student houses to let to full-time students/ student nurses studying near De Montfort University (DMU). The benefit of dealing directly with the landlord is that you pay no agent fees or any other associated costs such as booking fees.

I have clocked up over fifteen years of letting experience and started by letting rooms in my own house to fellow DMU students so I know exactly the needs, standards and expectations that a student requires.

Tenancies are available on an individual contract, rather than joint tenancy.

All my properties are centrally heated, and all have a combi boiler which means that water is heated instantly and as required. All of my properties are double glazed resulting in lower fuel bills, draft and noise reduction as well as increased security.

I have many students who renew their tenancy either at the same house or at another of my properties which is evidence to my character and responsibility as a Landlord, aswell as the presentation of my properties. I also have many students return to the same property after their industrial placement year out and I have had graduating students recommend me to their student friends and siblings.
