I am a 22 year old university graduate who is just about to start his first job as a primary school teacher. I own the property and will be living in there as well and am looking for somebody else, male or female, to come in. The accommodation is nice and cheap and fully furnished to a high standard - including a washing machine and a tumble dryer and your own personal second bathroom with shower.

I have only recently purchased this property and it should be ready to move in to by early August but thought that i would get the advert out as soon as possible - you might even be able to have an input into the furnishing of the room if this advert is responded to before i get to it!

The room itself is quite small, with only a 3/4 bed likely to fit but this is reflected within the price and the flat is on the 3rd floor which overlooks the cricket pitch and is only minutes away from both the football and the rugby stadium. On top of this, it is also with 2 minutes walk of a Lifestyle Fitness gym.
