I am moving out of my room in Clarendon Park and I am looking for someone to replace me. The rent is 350 per month with all bills included aside from internet and TV which costs around 3/4 quid a week extra. This is a lovely house and I am very sad to be leaving it as well as my lovely housemates behind. I have been here for 2 years and couldn't ask for a better landlady either!
