Double room available in 5 bed flat share

Hi guys,

My grandmother has recently passed away and I have since made the decision to transfer to uni in London and move back home.

I have however got a room going in a flat of what would have been 3 boys and 2 girls but since I'm leaving it shall be 3 boys , 1 girl and yourself :)

It's situated in the heart of leicester , really close to dmu and a short walk to leicester university. The student currently living there all go to dmu and study, architecture and photography if that's of any interest to you.

There is a £25 admin fee.
Rent is £85 per week and this will include all bills and unlimited wifi.

The room is double in size, with a memory foam mattress on the bed. There is also an en suite which is much larger than I had on halls last year. Oh and a park, pub and tescos all within walking distance.
