2 Rooms Available at 14 Lorne Road, Leicester

We currently have 2 rooms available for rent in our house on 14 Lorne Road in Clarendon Park, Leicester.

At the moment there are 4 girls living in the house and we are all second year students at the University of Leicester, 3 of us are studying Medical Physiology and 1 is studying Physics. We are all very hardworking, friendly and welcoming and are looking forward to finding 2 new housemates to share our lovely home!

Ideally we would be looking to share with other students, the property is only a 5 to 10 minute walk from the University of Leicester campus, so would be ideal for anybody studying there.

The 2 rooms available are both fully furnished, we have a double room and a single room available. The property also has 2 bathrooms, a comfortable living room, a relatively spacious kitchen and a small back garden.

The price of the rooms does not include any bills, but we have figured out that the cost of the bills (gas, electric, water, tv license and broadband) will come to approximately £12 per person per week.
