The area is perfect with all local amenities within walking distance, we are within walking distance from Victoria Park which is large and beautiful. There are plenty of gyms close by and lots of local businesses to get local products from, as well as a large Co-Operative, independent restaurants and bars and a great organic store too.

There is on road parking directly outside the property. There is a laundry room with washing machine and space to hang clothes to dry. There is fast broadband wireless internet with unlimited downloading. The rooms vary in size but all are bright and cosy. There is a shared living room with 40 inch television and comfy sofas.. It is a very comfy and cosy house that is clean and well looked after. All the rooms are currently furnished with beds and wardrobes and extra items are available on request.
