23 East Avenue Leicester 6 months tenancy
I am looking for a person to take up my tenancy, as I will be leaving for the US in January 2015(Second Semester of 2014/2015)
A. The room has a double bed and is fully furnished with a large desk, chest of drawers, bedside table and wardrobe.
B. £280 per calendar month, *6 month tenancy* will be £280 x 6 month = £1680 and people will equally pay for a shared amount of bills.
C. House is located on 23 East Avenue:
a) Just 2 minutes’ walk off Queens Road, there’s vast variety of shops located on Queens Road for grocery shopping, takeaway, pub etc.
b) 5 minutes’ walk to Uni; really good location from the campus, perfect for people who wants to take a break during gap or assess to Uni’s facilities (gym, pool, library etc.)
c) 10 minutes’ direct bus service to the Leicester Railway Station, or genuinely 25mins walk along London Road or walk through uni campus via New Walk to the railway station
D. Currently there are 3 male students who are going to stay in the house, and are looking for a boy or girl to join them.
