The house has three bedrooms. There are two bathrooms. Spacious kitchen & separate living space. Parking space round the back. It's on Havelock street, Leicester Le2 7hl. The rent is £65 a week which doesn't include bills for electricity and such. Bills are around another £10-£15 per week.
