The apartment is located about 1 mile from the city centre.
It is all newly decorated to a high standard with modern appliances, it's a great spacious looking place, it is an old victorian house so it can get a little cold at times.
Flat is fully kitted with my tv and smart system, also some gym equipment laying around.
Kitchen I have everything you need to cook, its very modern looking, has all white goods.
The room is a double room with the master bathroom to yourself as I have an ensuite.
There are 4 off road parking spaces, I use one.
Rent is £585 split, bills are all set up on a seperate account in my name and they are on average £125 a month each (council tax, gas & Elec, Water, Virgin Tv and Broadband, Tv License)
