Large Double room in nice area

I am moving to another area to be closer to work and therefore need somebody to take over my contract with this house! The contract ends on 15/07/2015 however there may be the opportunity to keep living in the property after that. I welcome anyone that can move in as soon as possible. Myself and the other three occupants of the house are post-graduate pharmacy students that work at the nearby hospital full time.

The house is situated in Freemans Meadow, it has 3 floors and a roof terrace. The room available is on the first floor and is very spacious with a double bed, 3 door wardrobe, desk, chair and side table. The bathroom is on the ground floor and will be shared with one other person; the other two occupants have en-suites. There is a shared kitchen and living room, both rooms are spacious. One of the occupants has a pet cat.
