We are working professional family with polite and well behaved child and are looking to rent out our large double room and a small single room.

You will have shared use of the Kitchen/Dining space and detached bathroom/WC.

The rooms will come furnished with bed-stead, mattress and storage space (This excludes linen).

The Rent is for double room is £390pcm and single room is £250pcm inc of all utility bills and WI-FI.

The house is in plush location of parker drive{near abbey park}, neighbourhood watch area, 15- 20 min walk to St Margaret's Bus Station, also city centre and 10 minutes drive to M1 & M69 Motorway and few minutes walk to bus-route 154 & 25 (Leicester University, Belgrave Road), Asda is 5-10 minute walk, 20 minute walk to retail park.

Rent is payable in advance, with a £300. 00 Deposit.

We are Looking for the right person, that will suit our Household. Preferably working Professional or Students With Reference and willing to provide copy of identity.

Laundry & evening meals can be catered for at a small cost. Sorry NO DSS.
