The city centre is also very close to the house with De Montfort University, Leicester Royal Infirmary and Narborough Road being literally a couple of minutes away on foot. Great links to the M1 and Fosse Park too.

The room available is on the upper rear (first) floor of the property and contains a double bed; wardrobe; chest of drawers and bedside. The house also benefits from real hardwood flooring.

There are currently two housemates - both are working.

The house benefits from a fairly new kitchen and bathroom. All white goods are in the house for your use including washing machine and dryer. To the rear of the property there is a small garden with outdoor table & chairs along with a BBQ.

The rent includes ALL utility bills including Council Tax and TV License. A TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime etc is included in the communal lounge.

The room would ideally suit a clean and tidy professional or mature student looking for a nice sociable house. (Please note this is NOT a student house)

The house also benefits from a cleaner once per month for the communal areas.

The room is available immediately and you can be shown around at short notice if required.
