First Rent Installment Already Paid!
Hi there,
I am a student but I am looking to transfer to a London university for personal reasons.
Unfortunately I had already sorted and paid my first rent installment so the only way to get out of my accommodation contract is to find someone to replace me.
The rent is 105 per week and you can pay in 3 different types of installments, weekly, monthly etc.
I have the biggest room in the flat (bonus) and also a walk in wardrobe. It has a shared kitchen but all rooms and en suite.
The girls in the flat are all my good friends and are very welcoming to the idea of a new flatmate.
