Currently have a part or complete furnished double room for rent in a house situated in the Rowley Fields area of Leicester.
There are two bathrooms and a spacious kitchen with two fridge freezers and a nice sized lounge / dining room, garden and wireless Broadband. Located conveniently between fosse park and the city centre, and close to parks, walkways and cycle routes. There is no parking on the property itself, but there is always room to park on the street.
We are looking for a clean and friendly professional who is happy to join our fairly quiet, but friendly, household.
We do have a cat, who's also very friendly btw, but just a warning to those with allergies...
