Large double room, available October 2020, in a light, clean house with all mod cons and large garden. I am also prepared to do a short term let, or consider Monday to Friday. I have had tenants with these requirements. I have off-road parking. I'm a Reflexologist and teacher and have enjoyed 4 long term house shares in the past 14 years, one an ex-graduate from the Uni and the other a Myanmar researcher, also at the University. Another lodger was on a 6 month placement from Germany training as a translator and a French trainee pilot. I have also shared with Italian, German, Chinese, Russian and Australian PhD students, University researchers and lecturers. I have also had Monday to Friday business professionals as tenants. All are willing to give me a character reference! I'm looking for a clean, tidy professional\postgrad, of any gender, originating from the UK or abroad.
