I have a large double room in a cosy and friendly house in Loughborough, near the town centre, and I am looking for someone* to move in asap for 3 months.

The room has just been newly decorated and as it's a ground floor room you will have your own front door and entrance to the house - a great benefit! I used to live in this room myself and I loved it as it's so roomy and I really did enjoy not having to use the back door to the house haha!

The house has a recently updated bathroom and kitchen, comfortable living room and a garden with a summer house at the end. There is on street permit parking available, Virgin+ TV and broadband. All bill are included.

There is an existing housemate you would be living with, who is very clean and tidy, friendly and welcoming.

The house is in a great location, about a 10-15 minute walk from the town centre, a short drive from the M1, and walking distance to the university.
