3 Single rooms available in shared house

1 large single (double bed)with en-suite and 2 small rooms available, now. all bills included with free wi-fi, shared lounge and kitchen, smokers are welcome but no smoking is allowed in any part of the the house, available bedrooms are on the 1st floor, with the remaining 2 bedrooms on the 1st occupied by 3 females, and with a shared bathroom and separate wc, the ground floor bed room is unoccupied, and there is a further shared shower room with wc on the ground floor, the lounge includes a TV and the kitchen includes fridge freezers, cooker, microwave and washing MC A female house mate would be preffered
