Looking for students wanting to rent for the academic year. Available to rent either as a group, or individual rooms.

The house is conveniently located near the town centre. Each bedroom is furnished with double-beds, desk and drawers, swivel-chairs, wardrobes and shelving.

A very sizeable kitchen is nicely refurbished with a cooker and electronic hob, large fridge-freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. The lounge is spacious and makes for very comfortable living, and a well-groomed private garden is absolutely perfect for any summer BBQ.

Due to the differences in room sizes, the rent varies from £55 (the smallest bedroom at the back) to £65 (the 'penthouse' loft room). The bills are an additional £15 a week (including fast broadband). We also request a small one-off £20 contribution to ensure you're covered in a recognised Tenancy Deposit Scheme, but other than that, there are no other admin fees.

The house is situated in the "Golden Triangle" area of Loughborough, meaning that it is located close to Loughborough University campus and the town centre (less than 10 minutes walk to each). In addition, a fish and chip shop, pub and local shops are on your doorstep.
