It is a single room and the flat consists of another bedroom, a bathroom with shower, kitchen and living room. The bedroom is also fully furnished.
The rent includes all bills...council tax, Internet, phone, water, gas and electric.
The flat is located near the town centre and is close to the skyline bus stop and a 15 minute walk to the train station. It is also in a quiet area and there is a allocated parking space if needed.
