I have a selection of double rooms in a period 3 storey 6 bedroom house at Towles Mill on Queens Road in Loughborough LE11 1GG. The building is 5 minutes walk from the main inter city train station. There is a bus stop right outside which takes you directly to Loughborough University in 12 minutes and it is a 10 minute walk into the town centre. There is also parking if you have a car.

The rooms are fully furnished with double bed, wardrobe, desk chair , lamp etc. There is a large shared lounge and shared kitchen and 2 bathrooms with showers, toilets and basins between the 6 rooms. The house has been professionally cleaned and is in great condition.

The minimum rental period is 1 months. There is a shortage of 1 bedroom flats in Loughborough at this time of year due to the fact that a lot of the students have now returned and you are unlikely to find one at such short notice.

The monthly rent per room is £325 per month and this includes ALL utility bills , internet access as well as Council Tax - they are the best value rooms in Loughborough.

The house is very warm and quiet, there is a deposit of £150.
Housemates are all clean, tidy and quiet.
Kitchen is very large and great for people who love to cook.
