Double room in Stunning flat in city centre

I have lived in Loughborough for 3 years now and am a young engineering profesional working for a oil & gas consultancy locally. I have lived in two flats and many of my friends have flats around the town and I can safely say that this is the best one I have lived in, hence now that my housemate has a new job I am trying to find someone to replace him.

The flat itself is is large and is based over two floors. The bottom floor has one bedroom, a bathroom (shower/bath) and an open plan living room and kitchen. The upstairs floor has a balcony (currently used as office/gym) and my room with an en-suite.

There is a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge / freezer, toaster and a gas hob. I have the kitchen fully stocked, and am happy to share anything around the hourse. I am more than happy to share cooking

The house came unfurnished but I will retain everything apart from a bed and chest of drawers (which would be required - although I am happy to help there)

Bills are not included in the rent but come to around £80 (water, elec/gas, phone/broadband) + council tax (£550 each per year).

I am looking for a post-graduate or proffesional to share with, who is sociable, tidy and considerate.
