Prospective House/Rooms to Let - Please read!
Hi people!
This is a prospective advert - as I am looking to rent very soon and would like a tenant to join me to help share the cost. I am moving due to a new job as a college/uni lecturer at Loughborough.
I have found several houses I would like to rent in a variety of locations:

Barrow upon Soar
The price for a 2 bedroom is approx £600pm then bills = £400pppm max. 3 bedroom £800pm = £300-350pppm max.
I'd like to live with people I could socialise with and have a fun happy household. I'm very clean, tidy, considerate and would consider myself to be a good flatmate.
During my spare time I have played pro/semi-pro football, ran half marathons, hiked through the Peak District, travelled some of Europe and done a lot of voluntary charvery clean, tidy, considerate and would consider myself to be a good flatmate.
