Pretty house near train station, all bills inc

Sharing the house with just one other person, a double room is available for a short let now- all bills included.

Minimum stay is 1 week. It's available from now until the end of July, so ideal for short term stays.

Viewings evenings or weekends. The house is newly decorated with a large bathroom, separate shower and bath. Gas central heating.

All brand new appliances in the kitchen: gas cooker, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, filter coffee machine, etc. Everywhere freshly painted. The street is on the Sprint bus route- in term time the bus runs approx every 10 min from the station to the university campus and back again.

There's a separate living room, kitchen, and dining room, and a garden. You'll have access to it all. Only 5 min from the station, very handy for commuting.

About the room: the room is shown in the picture. It's fully furnished with bed, wardrobe, bookcase, mirror, rugs, night stand and a lamp.

About me: 29 years old, graduate, non-smoker, female, vegetarian. I'm a freelance copywriter and usually work from home one day a week. I have 2 friendly cats, liking them is important! I'm sociable and used to sharing my living space.

About you: Ideally a postgrad student or professional. Smoking in the house is not OK, so I'd prefer to let to a non-smoker. But if you smoke outside and pick up after yourself it won't cause a problem. :)

No couples/families please. I'm looking to let the room to an individual. Please text rather than call during work hours.
