Double bedroom available in a brand new house

Looking for a professional to rent my spare room. The house is only a year old and therefore in immaculate condition. There is plenty of on road parking as this is a quiet road. All bills are covered in the rent including broadband and tv licence.

I live on a new estate in the Woodthorpe area of Loughborough, with easy access to both the A6 and the M1. It's a 10 minute walk to the nearest bus stop to get into town if you do not drive.

The kitchen, living room and bathroom will be shared. I have pet ferrets and keep reptiles in my room so it's important that you're comfortable with this, although you won't ever be required to come into contact with them. If you're interested, it would be great to have a chat and show you the house in the first instance to get an idea if we would be compatible housemates. As a live-in landlord I am looking for someone that I can get along with as well as trust.

Please note: smokers are fine but there will be no smoking inside the property.
