I recently got a job offer which I am taking up - this means I will no longer be living in Loughborough, but my current rent agreement runs until late June.
£66 may be negotiable depending on length of stay.
All other occupants are final year students studying engineering. Easy going and friendly.
Single room on 1st floor right next to bathroom. No rooms beside, so very quiet. Peaceful, safe neighbourhood, with campus right on the doorstep and local shops within a 2min walk.
Large, well kept garden and shed for extra storage. Big kitchen with modern facilities and lots of storage.
