Double bed room with an attached office room with TV port available to rent within a shared semi-detached 4 bed room house. Rent includes both rooms i. e bedroom and the office room attached, also all bills including electricity, gas and water bill, concil tax, TV license and internet are also included. House is available to rent from 21st Nov onwards. Due to the fact that the house is on sale, only short term 1-3month let is considered.

The house is located in a quite area away from students but still 10 minutes walking distance from Loughborough University, and 20 minutes from the town centre (i. e NatWest bank).

The bedroom has a double bed, a wardrobe, and a bedside table with bed storage in the room.

The attached office room includes a office desk, swirl chair, wall shelf and a book case.

The house was refurnished in 2014 so things are still quite new. Two toilets (one with shower bath). A large open plan kitchen including American Fridge-freezer, washing-machine, tumble dryer, dish-washer, etc. adjacent to the kitchen is a large conservatory with a large sofa and TV for the house to share. The conservatory leads to a very spacious garden with a pond and shed. The garden also come with chairs and shared BBQ facility. A car parking space is available on the front drive. The house is double glazed and has central heating.

You will be sharing the house with two other tenants. Both are young professional one mechanical engineer and another trainee teacher in University. Both are quite tidy and like to be sociable. I am only looking for one more tenant in the short term. I would like you to meet the current tenants as well to show you around.

Viewing can be arranged between 6.00pm to 8.30pm during weekdays, or anytime over weekend.
