Double Rm, Mkt Harborough

Hello folks!

I have been renting a room for several years and the room has become available again.

The bedroom is a double. It is nicely decorated and fully furnished with a bed, drawers, wardrobe and bedside table. There is a TV ariel available for your own telly. Additional storage in the loft is available. I also have a shed for a bike if needed.

There is shared access to living room, kitchen and bathroom. The house has a south facing garden with BBQ facilities to enjoy in the summer. Tumble dryer and washing machine available. Unlimited broadband is available. All bills (including council tax) are included in rent.

The house is a ten minute walk from the town centre. It is a 18 minute walk to the train station. London St Pancreas is a 60 minute journey away. There is easy access to the A14, M1 and M6. Leicester is 30 minutes away and Kettering is 20 minutes away. A good gym with a swimming pool is 7 minutes from the house. Parking is on the road outside.

I am looking for a tenant who is clean and tidy and in full time employment. Non smokers please.
