Fully furnished kingsized room, with double wardrobe and ensuite shower room. The room is light and spacious with a kingsized bed and bedside table. It is in a lovely homely property. The village has a pub, shop and post office all within walking distance and some lovely countryside walks/runs! It is a 6 miles drive to Oakham and 10-15 mins to Melton/Stamford. Access to off road parking, big country style kitchen (with washing machine/dishwasher/range cooker/american fridge freezer) and lounge facilities also available to share.

I work from home, so am around and about the house most of the time. I also have a daughter who shares the house with me, so it is important that my prospective house mate is respectful of that. As long as that is the case we should get on fine as I am fairly easy going and very friendly. the village is also very social and there is usually something going on sports, leisure or entertainment wise. We do have two friendly dogs about the place, but they are only allowed in certain areas of the house.
